2011 Prize Draw for Verdure Wedding Flowers Worth £2000 The following terms and conditions apply: - 1. Entrants must be UK residents over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of Verdure Floral Design Limited, or anyone connected with the draw. 2. Prize draw is open to anyone who receives a quote for wedding or civil partnership flowers from Verdure Floral Design Limited from 01/01/2011 until 31/05/2011 where the wedding or civil partnership takes place after 01/06/2011. 3. Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the drawer unless otherwise instructed. 4. By giving Verdure your details, you are agreeing that you are willing to enter into future correspondence with Verdure and carefully selected 3rd parties. 5. Only one entry per couple and wedding or civil partnership is allowed. 6. The winner of the £2000 prize draw will receive a £2000 voucher to be redeemed against wedding or civil partnership flowers from Verdure Floral Design Limited. Total prize is worth £2000. 7. The prize subject to availability. 8. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of the draw. 9. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions. 10. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary. 11. All entries to be received by 31st May 2011. 12. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. 13. Winners of the prize draw will be selected at random by a third party. 14. Winner agrees to take part in future promotional activity. Judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 15.
